Young men need guidance, mentorship, and a supportive environment to foster personal growth and long-term success. The GRIT Men’s Group provides a structured space where participants can engage in self-improvement conversations, connect with positive male role models, and develop the resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges.

To have GRIT means to embody courage, strength of character, and perseverance in the face of adversity.

✅ Self-Care & Self-Compassion – Practicing mindfulness and emotional wellness.

The GRIT Program is specifically designed to help young men successfully complete all aspects of the Job Corps program while developing the tools they need to become confident, goal-oriented, and successful in life.
