Job Overview

We are seeking a Mental Health Consultant to provide assessments, intervention strategies, and training to support students' emotional and behavioral well-being. This role involves collaborating with educators, families, and community partners to create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess student mental health needs and develop support plans.
Provide consultation to school staff on intervention strategies.
Facilitate workshops on mental health awareness and best practices.
Maintain documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
Experience in school-based mental health services.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
