THE MISSION
ADC’s mission is to empower schools and organizations to maximize the potential of at-risk youth by providing expert consulting in program development and trauma-informed staff training. We work collaboratively with clients to create tailored, cost-effective support services that foster resilience, and academic success, ensuring every young person receives the tools and care they need to succeed.
Our vision is to transform programs for youth into supportive spaces where all young people, regardless of their background or challenges, have access to the resources and opportunities that enable them to reach their full potential. By building strong, trauma-informed teams and sustainable programs, we aim to create a future where every young person’s growth is supported and all staff are equipped to foster and support success.
