ADC Prevention Services & Associates is a consulting agency committed to creating meaningful programs that support at-risk students and promote professional development. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of every student by offering critical support services, such as truancy intervention, behavior modification, mental health consulting, parental outreach, and after-school programs.

Our collaborative approach not only fosters leadership and empowers educators but also works to transform schools into environments where all children can thrive. The Black Boys Matter Summit is part of our broader initiative to ensure that Black boys, in particular, receive the attention, resources, and support they need to excel academically and in life.

By engaging key stakeholders—students, educators, and the community—we create a space to discuss the unique challenges faced by Black boys and find actionable strategies for empowerment, achievement, and success. The summit aims to address critical issues, promote positive role models, and provide a platform for discussing strategies that support the growth and development of Black boys.

We believe every child, regardless of background, deserves the opportunity to succeed, and we are dedicated to making that a reality. Through the Black Boys Matter Summit, we strive to break down barriers and create a brighter future for Black boys across the country.
