Our 12-week Anger Management Program is designed to help participants understand, process, and manage their anger in a productive and healthy way. Through structured sessions, trainees will engage in:

This program provides the tools, strategies, and support needed to navigate anger in a way that leads to better decision-making, improved relationships, and personal success. By completing this program, trainees will be better equipped to successfully complete the Job Corps program and handle challenges with greater emotional control and confidence.
